"Nice comfortable hotel in a convenient location"

It was a nice hotel, ideal for attending functions at The Swan. Our room was nice and clean with a modern shower and bathroom. The bed was comfortable if a little creaky.

Bed creaked when you moved. A bottle of water would have been nice.

"It's okay and does the job, but I wouldn't want to the top end price"

Great room and the car park is a real bonus. The breakfast room could look and be more comfortable. Plastic chairs with black covers on just doesn't do it. Breakfast on the 2nd day was better than the 1st and tables were cleaner on the 2nd day.

Breakfast tables not very clean. Plastic uncomfortable chairs.

Proximity to town centre, river walks and local attractions. Good choice at breakfast and lots of choices locally for dinner

"Very pleasant accommodation with nice staff and good breakfast."

Nice and modern. Had air conditioning which is not often available in the UK. Close to shops, cafes, pubs, etc.

One thing, the TV didn’t have any sound. Minor problem for us really.
