Good location! Bedroom was nice and clean

I booked to stay in executive double bedroom On arrival I was given the key to room! Went to the Room to find out it’s was not what I ordered it’s was a double bedroom with no bath or table what’s I ordered went down to reception and complain about this they give us another room what’s I ordered but insisted the first room he give me was executive Room as well with no bath and no table!

It has all the necessary amenities, close to town centre free car park and breakfast included.

Not a lot of cons

Disabled room was very spacious and bathroom perfect

Not as many tea and coffee sachets in room as there used to be, however only had to ask and got more

What we liked the best is the staff! Friendly, efficient, available and knowledgeable - we needed information on how to get one of our sons from Gatwick airport to the hotel, they were absolutely wonderful and so helpful, and provided us with very precise information-. We loved the fact that a full breakfast was included with the room, that they catered for food intolerances (oat milk was readily provided for my husband every morning without us having to remind them) The restaurant 'Saffron', attached to the hotel , provided superb and healthy Indian meals at very decent prices. With a husband who has many food sensitivities, the cook and staff were very helpful. We ended up having all our evening meals there. The human and friendly touch has become a rarity in our fast going world, and was so very much appreciated! Otherwise, the rooms were clean and large enough, with a kettle, tea and coffee, comfortable double bed, easy parking behind the hotel, nice walks along the Thames to relax. Should our travels take us to Staines in the future, we will not hesitate to stay at the Boleyn again.

Unfortunately our rooms on the ground floor near reception were facing the street and it was noisy early morning during the week with cars and trucks passing by. The week end was much quieter. The wifi seems to be quite weak from time to time.

Friendly staff and easy check-in and checkout

We stayed there for one night before flying home from Heathrow. The location was wonderful close to the airport and the river. Breakfast was wonderful! There is a nice pub across the street for dinner and beverages. The off-street, free parking was a nice benefit of staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful.
