"Perfect family base for a short trip"

Lovely friendly staff, clean quiet rooms, tasty breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

All the family rooms are on the first floor and there is no lift in the property so plan ahead if you have accessibility issues.

Great room, spotlessly clean,comfy bed and excellent air conditioning. Comfy bar area and wonderful onsite Indian restaurant, food really good. Breakfast was good quality and staff friendly, bonus is a free car park. Nice walks along the riverside five minutes away.

All good. Stayed there before and standard still as high.

Fantastic location, easy check in, comfortable room. Nice touch having breakfast included - was basic but did the job and service was great. Very friendly staff!

Would've been good to have a toilet brush in the room and there were some cobwebs in the bathroom.

"One night stay for visit to Thorpe park"

Stayed one night in a suite very nice and comfortable.Breakfast was very good close to Thorpe park

The saffron restaurant was poor food quality was really bad not like proper Indian cuisine
