Breakfast was very good

Fried eggs and bacon a bit too oily for my taste.

Great location for Thorpe park, lovely little town few minutes walk away with lots of shops restaurants etc

I didn’t like much about the place to be fair. No lift. Basic shower gel and shampoo. Weak air con if any at all. Had someone walk in my room an hour before I was supposed to leave and woke me up.

Terrible carpet and terrible fitting of it especially in breakfast area. Think the cook laid the carpet. Breakfast was terrible cheap hard if sausages poached eggs were hard smallest breakfast ever. Toaster should be thrown out because it was so weak and cheap again. Not impressed at all

The staff were great, they were very friendly, the restaurant served Indian food and it was delicious, the bedroom was very clean with a lovely comfortable bed

I didn't plan to stay at this hotel, but my flight was cancelled. Overall, the room was pleasant, with a spacious and comfortable bed. It is also conveniently located, under 15 minutes by car/taxi to HT5. The room was clean, and the bathroom was great with hot water and high water pressure. Next time I have an early flight, I could actually plan to stay here.
