Brak internetu. Meble z demobilu. Pościel nie zmieniona, trzeba było interweniować o zmianę pościeli. 0 sprzątania.Brak światła nocnego. Brak możliwości zjedzenia śniadania. Lokal wymaga remontu.

The guy on reception was super helpful.

The rundown nature of the hotel. Broken beds, blocked sink, hooks hanging off doors etc.

Good location. Car park.

The bed was clean enough to sleep in, thankfully.

Everything. Old, shabby, screws sticking up out of the floor. Corridors were very unclean. Everything smelt of stale cigarette smoke. I was booked in for 2 nights, but left after one night as I felt incredibly unsafe there as a solo female guest. The lock on the bedroom door was not substantial, and I was kept awake by constant noise from other guests which felt very uncomfortable. When leaving there were a number of people in reception who smelled strongly of drugs. I'm amazed the hotel is still running.

Convenient location for work purposes. Good choice of takeaways nearby

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had dials missing so was a guess as to how hot the water would be. Took a while to get a vat invoice.

The staff were really helpful and very friendly. They were more than willing to help with any queries we had. Good location.

The whole building was not very clean. Lots of the rooms on the way to our room had door handles missing. Our room was really spacious but the toilet was not clean. When we arrived the guy on reception told us how to get in if arriving later so not sure what staff are onsite over night. In the night a couple of other guests returned very noisily and were banging and shouting outside the room for a couple of hours. This made me quite uncomfortable because it was just me and my young daughter but we had no phone or anything to call to reception (if anyone was there).
