The receptionist was very friendly.

The state of the room. The excuses that were made. Was told owner has many hotels in great condition. Apparently he's a millionaire. The room was musty. Broken window that was covered with a board. Room hot and smelly. Another window broke when opening to get rid of musty mould smell. Was in the room for less than 3 minutes.

Nothing. Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. The first room we were given had a broken bed which was dangerous. We were then moved to a very large room in the attic which could have been very nice. Unfortunately the décoration was extremely tired with chunks of paknt and plaster missing. There were broken/missing floorboards which were dangerous. The carpet had holes in it. The wifi didnt work in that area which meant the tvs disnt work. The bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water to have a shower or bath.

Very little to like

The tiny car park with corners scratched cars. The rodent accessible mattress store. The concierge with very little hospitality skills. The walk through a maze of tiny corridors and stairs to get to the attic room. The constant smell of cigarette smoke throughout. The dirty room with stained carpet, toilet and shower. Broken bathroom blinds with eye level view into the shower from house opposite. The peeling paint. The rubbish on top of the cupboard. The dubious electrical safety. The constant noise of banging doors all night.
