The St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resort

Tucked away between the mountains on three sides, and the sea on the fourth, this resort is a serene sanctuary designed for relaxation and renewal. The experience was elevated by an incredibly attentive staff, a daily delivery of delicious fresh fruit, and the availability of a personal butler for each room. I was particularly impressed by two individuals: Luna, who greeted me at check-in with genuine warmth, and swiftly upgraded me to a breathtaking suite with a stunning water view (Room 2811). Throughout my stay, my room attendant, Nie Xiaoren, ensured my suite was flawlessly cleaned with a consistently friendly and helpful demeanor. Together, Luna and Nie Xiaoren were instrumental in creating an unforgettable and deeply enjoyable visit.

Highly recommended resort .. I felt so welcomed and assisted for everything by our favorite person in the resort LUNA who speaks English very well 😍😍😍❤️ it has so high level of privacy in the Villa also we enjoyed our lagoon room .. rooms are so spacious and clean 🤩 for the the food we have tried coconut chicken hot pot wasn’t tasty but we liked the vibe by the sea 🌊 amenities are clean and variant our little daughter had so much fun. Corona bar is so cozy at night Definitely would come again 😍❤️ Price for value given fare enough .. we stayed in other resorts almost same price but service and Luna weren’t there 😂

Шикарная вилла с двумя спальнями и своим бассейном и шикарным видом на море. Прекрасно было все. Умные унитазы, мраморные полы и столешницы, тяжелая деревянная мебель, огромные комфортные кровати, отличная система кондиционирования, на каждое помещение своё управление температурой. Кухня, столовая, гостиная, три телевизора, Батлер круглосуточно на связи по всем вопросам. Багги возят жителей вилл по территории. Прекрасный китайский массаж в СПА.

Море не кристально чистое, но такое оно везде, это особенность Южно-Китайского моря. Европейскую еду они готовить не умеют категорически) пицца была сладкой, круассаны не съедобные… но свою китайскую - прекрасно 👍

На высоте уровень обслуживания, номер с бассейном понравился. Территория неплохая.

В море не приятно купаться, камни, грязно. Завтраки средне. В целом район Ялонг не понравился. Лингшуй гораздо приятнее, например отель Кимптон.

The villa was great. At 520 a night great value

Camera Bella e spaziosa. Spiaggia pulita. Forse troppi bambini….

Nice lagoon room. Pools were nice. Beautiful beach.

Staff was not very friendly. Was difficult to get along with English. Everyone was thinking we were Russian just because we are western. The pools are beautiful but not good maintained. A lot of old flowers are in the water and there are a lot of particles swimming around in the water. Concierge service is not how it should be. When I asked the concierge to make a reservation for me in an Italien restaurant in the city ( because we do not speak Chinese) the concierge answered to me : “ You can call the number on the internet side to make a reservation”. This was surely not the answer I expected from a concierge. Many more things that happened are not likely for a 5 star hotel like the St. Regis so I was really disappointed during my 6 day stay there.
