Very friendly staff throughout the facility. Entry, lobby/reception area very nice and well kept. Entering our room was like turning back the hands of time... The furnishings are in need of updating and the bathroom basically needs a total renovation. Great bars and restaurants in walking distance.
The building is quite and in fair shape. It is located in a middle class area. The common areas have an odd odor. The room itself was of moderate size and the ocean view was nice. The bed, however, was awful; it had a very old mattress and very poor quality linens and pillows. There is no daily maid service; one is asked to put dirty towels in a basket in the hall and clean towels are swapped out during the day. The TV was old and had a horrible picture. The internet was painfully slow. The majority of the people here are "seniors." The front dest tried to sell me some sort of time share thing.
It was just an overnight stay for the 24 hours of Daytona. Would stay again. Free underground parking was a plus
Beautiful ocean-front suite with private balcony! Excellent location. Very clean. All resort amenities without extra fees (hot-tub, big pool, fitness room, bar, restaurant, free parking & Wi-Fi, etc. etc.) Friendly staff. Definitely the beast deal for the price!

Was extremely pleased with room, especially nice for the price! Even received a beachfront room which I wasnt expecting! Room and bathroom very clean. Bed was comfortable and was able to sleep, couldnt hear neighbors or hallway traffic. Pool and lounging area was wonderful, lots of chairs and space.
We were pleasantly surprised. We particularly enjoyed the bar and patio outside the bar/café. If we stay there again I would request a room in the middle of the property. We were on the north end facing the outside parking lot. We still had a nice ocean view though, just not near the pool. We enjoy sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and pool area.
The beachside view is amazing! My husband and I enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning from our own bedroom window. We fall in love with Ormond beach and its peaceful surroundings. This hotel fits perfectly for our 29th anniversary vacation trip!
Great price room clean didnt expect the toilets to look like a public restroom one room was clean view was great they had a car wash station for cars which came in handy to wash our Honda will stay here again
