I enjoyed our stay, felt like home. Shout out to Sir Charlie, the Guard, and front desk personnel Sharon, Chan, and Emalyn. Thanks much.

I hope they prepare enough food for all for breakfast which is up to 10am

Bed was comfortable. Staff were kind.

No ref in the quad room. Vidett , aircon were not working in some of the rooms but maintenance quickly fixed it. Bfast was served in L4 which had no view or window, it wasn't inviting and a bit dull.

Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices from local to international cuisine. The place was close to many attractions as well as SM Baguio (walkable). Would definitely book here again.

"Lovely hotel close to most sights. Quite area."

Close to Victory line bus depot. Quiet hotel , very clean. Easy walk to Mall, about 20 minutes. Breakfast good

Not sure but my credit card was scammed the next day. Do not know where it was scammed . When paying for dinner with my card they took it to front check in desk to process. After a couple of minutes I followed them. They were still processing my payment when I arrived. 24 hours later card charged almost $10,000. Only time my card left my sight in 2weeks.
