Friendly staffs

The water heater was obnoxiously loud the whole time of our stay. Terrible air conditioner that woke me up in the middle of the night because it was making loud noises that felt like it was about to burst. I actually had to video it couple of times in case it broke. Moldy sink and tiles. THERE WAS NO HAIR DRYER.

Not worth for the price, the photo of the room from online is different in actual. The room given to us has no view, there are windows but what you can see is a dead garden and storage area

Buffet breakfast on weekends has great selections. Staff are very friendly and respectful. I wish I had an early check-in that was accommodated, it caused extreme inconvenience for me and my son to find a place to stay because we arrived in Baguio at 4am and check-in was 2pm. I messaged many days ahead for the request but nobody responded from the hotel. The room is clean, but since the building is old, there's a foul smell in the bathroom. Area is very accessible to transit.

Perfect accommodation for 4 people we had 2 bathrooms and a single bed each. Staff was very accommodating and helpful

The noise from the kitchen vent was quite loud and was outside our window

The place is very clean , their buffet free breakfast has lot of options and different everyday, staff are so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended . Love the layout of the room, got 4 twin beds for 4 pax.
