Excellent from check-in to check-out! Our room was lush; flat screen tv, fridge, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, great mirrors and lighting when getting ready to go out, which is hard to find even at large chain, 4* hotels. The staff were professional and welcoming and the breakfast was outstanding. Overall, very impressive 😑
This is a great place to stay, the rooms are lovely and staff and guests were friendly. Breakfast was tasty, hot and quick! The only drawback was that I thought there was a restaurant but there wasn't. I would stay again though as it was such a relaxing place even though I was in Peterlee for business

Service was amazing, the staff took extra steps to anticipate your needs. Small things like confirming your time for breakfast, providing cutlery and flatware if you bring back food, etc. etc. The staff really made me feel valued and important, something you don't get going to a normal large chain hotel.

14 people from Wales were booked in for our first night and were drinking all evening. Woke us up just after 12 then again at 2:40am banging on a door for about 3 minutes each time. Hey weren't the the following evening so better sleep that night. Breakfast on both days was very nice.
This was a very pleasant stay, friendly and cosy
