Rafael Mansion Bangkok Aiport

Like I have said constant noise. I had a frog bouncing around in my room and it stank of cigarette smoke. No restaurants around. The staff were pleasant but I suppose they needed to be as the place was not good. Very dated and not what the pictures represented. Not good reflection of advertising.

I was only laying over in Bangkok for the night. I really don't think this review means much. I barely remember the accomoadtions, though the hotel was nice enough and the front desk staff very nice. I really wish hotels.com would quit pestering for reviews like this, where it's an overnight stay that doesn't really tell you anything about the place. I know: I don't /have/ to respond, but I want to post this in the hope that hotels.com takes note and refrains from further emails; if a customer doesn't respond once, that should be enough.

No staff and conectivity. No food in sourrend. you want spent 700 bath for each outgoing taxi expeness. very bad lication.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. But there was virtually no water pressure in the shower. There was plenty of water pressure in bathroom sink, so I don't know what the issue was. Location was fine.

An average place and poor bathroom condition

I choose this because it says it was close to the airport. Not that close, 120baht cab ride. Nothing but docks in the area. The service was helpful considering I can in at 2am. They were very helpful in getting me a cab for my return to the airport Overall the room I had was fairly plain, and the bedding could use a upgrade. But I was only there for 1night

Picked hotel for its location relative to airport. Clean hotel, didn't have all the facilities advertised eg kettle/coffee maker. Bed wasn't very comfy. But hotel was very affordable and good location.

Book this hotel due to how close it was to the airport. Since I arrived late I didn't want a long drive after a 20 hours flight. Simple enough room, solid basic amenities. The area around the hotel seem rough and it was a little difficult to find. But for the price I paid it was worth the night spent at the hotel.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport. The front desk was very helpful, the room wasn't anything great, but it worked for our needs. The bathroom had a terrible odor, but we were happy to have hot water and good water pressure after such a long trip.
