Room was bigger than expected, facilities were excellent ( ie tea/ coffee, iron hairdryet) cleaners were lovely and kept our room spotless

Only 1 thing tbh - the shower cubicle was a little on the small side

"I will stay outside of the town centre in future due to the noise at 5 am from the market being set"

Katch do not do a breakfast so we went to the sister hotel The Golden Lion on the 1st morning and the breakfast wasn't that good. Crunchy Nut Cornflakes were out of date/stale. The poached egg was greasy! on the second morning we went to South Side cafe where the bacon roll and coffee were much better for value and taste.

The 1st night was extremely hot and balmy but the air fan we had was totally useless unless you were an inch from it! I asked to have the fan exchanged but they never had any spares!! The room was nice but the noise at 5.00 am from the market setting up was extreme. I know there was ear plugs supplied but I cant use these

V easy check in despite our request for check-in to be brought forward n hour as we had to be at a wedding for 2 pm...

Bit busy at night..we got back from the wedding at about 11 pm (Saturday night) and at 2,or 3 am young revellers still shouting at each other outside!
