Alles. Wir kommen schon lange immer in dieses Hotel. Man ist sehr schnell am Ballermann und trotzdem ist es ruhig, man kann super abschalten und geniessen.

"Skrækkeligt ophold"

Muligheden for aldrig at vende tilbage igen

Min oplevelse på dette hotel var en eklatant og dyb skuffelse, der på ingen måde retfærdiggør den tårnhøje pris, de forlanger pr. nat.Det mest kritiske og uacceptable problem var badevandet i brusebadet. Varm- og koldtvandsreguleringen via termostaten er decideret farlig. Ved helt normal indstilling skifter vandet pludselig over til brandvarmt vand ud af intetheden. Det er en alvorlig sikkerhedsrisiko, som potentielt kan give 3. grads forbrændinger på kroppen. Det er en fuldstændig farlig ting at udsætte folk for, som bare vil holde sig hygiejniske via et almindeligt bad. Det skal der rettes op på med det samme.Selve fundamentet for et hotelophold er desuden fuldstændig fejlet: Deres såkaldte "dobbeltseng" er en modbydelig katastrofe. At spise folk af med to billige enkeltmadrasser, der bare er skubbet sammen, er uacceptabelt. Det efterlader et dybt og decideret ubehageligt hul i midten af sengen, som man konstant falder ned i. Det ødelægger liggekomforten og nattesøvnen totalt. Det er direkte pinligt for et hotel in denne prisklasse.Wellness-afdelingen er et kapitel for sig. Hele oplevelsen i jacuzzien var fuldstændig ligegyldig og værdiløs, da der overhovedet intet tryk var på dysserne. Det er fup over for gæsterne at markedsføre det som en wellness-facilitet, når teknikken ikke virker.Glansbilledet krakelerer fuldstændig i baren om aftenen. Det er direkte rystende og pinligt at overvære voksne, gamle mennesker sidde og danse i stolene under livemusikken. Man må oprigtigt spørge sig selv, hvad der dog foregår her, og hvor respekten for god opførsel er blevet af. Den slags infantile og fuldstændig malplacerede bodega-adfærd hører simpelthen overhovedet ikke hjemme i de fine og dyre rammer, som hotellet forsøger at udstråle. Det ødelægger hele hotellets niveau.Pris, kvalitet og dannelse hænger overhovedet ikke sammen her. Det kan absolut ikke anbefales.
