Location, nice pool and sauna, room had a balcony.

The rooms were tiny, no space for clothes. There were no towels, soap, toilet paper. The kitchen was equipped, but only with the bare minimum. Apartment was clean, but common areas really needed a good vacuuming. The lift was broken during the last 2 days of our stay.

The location was very close to the slope down to the Bettex ski lift. There was at least some form of a kitchen, The facilities in the rooms were acceptable.

The room was very dirty, including dirty dishes in the dishwasher, They do not provide towels, they charge extra for that... We only had single bed sheets except for one bed. There is no oven, Nor any cleaning liquids, washing tablets for the dishwasher. No dish cloths. Nothing to wash dishes by hand. No coffee filters. You have to clean up yourself or pay 80 euro for a clean. Otherwise they hold your deposit hostage.

The pool should be managed. There are no checks on wristbands and no checks on people not showering before the pool or after sauna.( disgusting!!!!!)

Location is good, 1km to Les Menuires town centre. You eather need to walk until the slope called "Bettex" which then connects to the lift or you take a bus for three stopps till the town centre and central lifts. We had a good view from our room, we stayed in house H. The stuff wanted to help each time we reported a problem.

Very dirty! As soon as we opened our sofa to make a bed, there was blood on the bedsheets. We called the stuff and they exchanged it. On other single beds we found someone's hair. The drain in bathroom and kitchen was dragged, the water could't go throw. We didn't have soap, towels (you could buy a small towel for 7 euros!!) or dish-soap (there is a dish washer but no soap for it)! We had to buy everything ourseves. The road to our house was full of ice so that we couldn't come near the appartment with our car- we had to carry all the bags up and down the hill. A parking lot, which is suppossed to be included in the price, is full of snow and ice so that you need to have a big car or be a profi-driver to enter (btw. NO snowing on these days..). One evening we didn't have a parking space, so this is not a guarantee. NO WI FI IN THE ROOM. Only on reception (in another house). Sauna-too small, works only until 7 p.m. which means that you have to run from skiing so that you still catch it, and in case you make it, you will be together with lots of different people..

Appartement bien situé. Attention c’est un appartement équipé mais aucun kit de service. C’est à vous de ramener éponge, serviette pour la vaisselle, produit lave vaisselle et sopalin.

Nothing it was a disaster!

Everything! The accommodation was filthy when we arrived and when I complained to the staff they were very offhand and unhelpful. I spent some of my holiday cleaning the apartment but it was still well below a respectable standard in many ways. Every time I tried to explain or get help I was either ignored or treated like I was just annoying. The swimming pool was very cold and the spa facilities were disappointing. I have attempted to make a complaint since returning home but so far have been unsuccessful. I have been advised by a solicitor to contact Booking.com to obtain a refund but I cannot get a response there either. Very frustrating and disappointing!

Close to ski run. Swimming pool and sauna were very good. It has got real potential if customer care could be improved.

The staff were very unhelpful. There were no towels and we had to hire them for 7 euros each, there was only half a roll of toilet paper that they wouldn’t renew for a seven night stay, there was no replacement for bin liner, there was no bottle opener or corkscrew. They didn’t tell us the code to get into the building without a key and I got locked out in the snow after a visit to the pool. The rooms were tiny. Check in was very slow with lines of people as reception only open from 5 pm to 7.30 pm. No wifi in rooms and only very poor wifi in reception
