The swimming pool and spa facilities were good and the price was reasonable for February half term. Parking was also free and the ski rental shop next door was good.

It could have been cleaned better but was okay, not sure if this was down to the previous guests🤷‍♂️ It wouldn’t put me off booking again.

Apartment as described and was clean and comfortable. Well equipped with kitchen utensils and dishwasher. Pool area with sauna and steam was lovely. Ski in and ski out and easy walk to supermarket, bus stop and several restaurants. Overall woul recommend.

Logement spacieux, chaleureux avec belle vue sur les montagnes enneigées. Cependant un point essentiel est négligé par belambra, la qualité de la literie est médiocre, en effet nous avons dormi sur un matelas à ressorts usé, la couette était beaucoup trop fine nous avons eu froid.

Location far away from the slopes or you go downhill from the residence to the village, but not recommended

Staff, not polite, not nice, NOT helpful. Throwing threats and really not pleasant or helpful.

Location worked well for us, and it was good value for the Three Valleys.

Pools and spa weren't great, our party only used them once. Plus it would be great to be able to use the communal area near reception in the evenings as we had a big party of people who had booked a number of rooms. And I did have to get the mattress protectors changed on arrival.

SPA was nice: two saunas, two hammams and a pool.

The cleanliness was terrible. The corridors were dirty. The rooms were not clean. Cleaning of the room upon checkout was mandatory, otherwise a separate fee was charged for it. A separate payment is also required for the cleaning of the kitchen utensils upon checkout. Many guests clean the room and dishes themselves, so half the dishes are dirty, the mattresses are dirty, the balcony is dirty, ashes from the cigarettes of previous guests are scattered all over the balcony, the room smelled of cigarettes. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, Wi-Fi is only available at the reception which is closed most of the day. No towels, this is also an extra charge, no shampoo, soap, toiletries, nothing to wash dishes with, etc., so you have to buy everything as if you were moving to a new apartment, which may even be dirty :(

The apartments are what to be expected in a French ski resort. Small, basic but does the job.

What I did t like is that they had nothing in the kitchen not even kitchen towels. It would be nice that they had a starter kit with some kitchen soap and things you need for cleaning the dishes. Also there is no WiFi in the rooms that for this day and age and price that you pay there should be.
