The location of the apartment was fine. And the staff was nice

The pool was only open during the hours we were skiing. I expect from a hotel in a ski resort that the pool will be open at least until 21.00 or 22.00 in the evening. Additionally, We arrived late at night and had to arrange the beds and sheets ourselves. And the coffee maker was dirty. Additionally, There was no kettle for hot water.

A good apartment, nice sized rooms and well appointed kitchen (no oven though). Spa area very nice and standards in the apartments all good. Only downside is no internet in any of the apartments which is very poor in this day and age. It is located a little away from the centre, but a regular (free bus service) is at the road end, there is large supermarket a short walk away and several places to eat nearby including pizza takeaway. You have a very short walk to a blue ski run (100m from the boot room) that takes you down to a choice of lifts,

This was our second stay at this property (April 2023 and 2024). We liked it so much that we extended our stay for a few more days. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Our apartment this year was amazing, with great views. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. Leisure facilities were open from 10:00 - 19:00 every day (including Saturday). The gym is ok, although some of the equipment needs fixing. The sofa bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on - as good as a fixed bed. The kitchenette was great, and we were able to self-cater no problem. There was a good amount of free parking. I would highly recommend this hotel for a late season ski break.

No Wifi in the rooms, but Wifi was available in reception.

Agréable résidence avec une belle piscine. Appartement très bien équipé et literie agréable. Accès direct aux pistes via le chemin et remontée du Betex. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ces vacances de printemps.

Apartment was good, unfortunately if there was WiFi I couldn't access it. Honestly I didn't try very hard as I used StarLink to get online.

Someone crushed the left-hand mirror of my van whilst the van was parked.

Location fantastic, right by the bus stop, good restaurants around, close to the ski runs and the shops.

Basic supplies to keep the place clean would be useful - dish soap, sponges etc

The leisure facilities were a bonus after a day skiing.

We were required to pay a balance of 54 Euros on arrival even though I paid Booking.com what I thought was the full price for the week. Apartment was very small and not very clean. When we into the apartment we found the bedding was not appropriate and did not fit the duvets or the beds. We had no towels.
