Location is decent - good proximity to the bus stop

As a foreign traveller who booked this property online after reading a hotel-like description of the property, we wrongly assumed this place was a hotel. This place is like getting a private room in a hotel however having worse service/amenities/cleanliness than a hostel. You are not provided with any basic amenities - towels, hand soap, toilet paper etc. (pretty much anything you’d never expect to be missing from accommodation) and you instead have to pay for them at ridiculous prices at reception. The linen provided was stained and has hairs all through it from previous users. Worst of all is the cleanliness, we couldn’t understand why it was so dirty inside our apartment, until we realised the onus is on the previous occupier to clean the room. We were given a list of cleaning instructions so detailed I have never seen from even strict private airbnbs (photo attached) that included vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing amenities inside and out and cleaning filters. None of this had been done prior to our stay, and it was clear that professional cleaners did not come in to fix up any improper cleaning, meaning that you were just left to the previous tenants efforts. We spent a good hour the morning of checkout following this list because of the threat of $60 upward supposed ‘cleaning fee’, and noted that things like the vacuum filter looked like they hadn’t been emptied/cleaned in months. Overall, we were very disappointed in the stay. We spent lots of money to stay in ‘nice’ accommodation after weeks of travelling in budget hotels and hostels, however they proved to be much cleaner and more accomodating than this place. The description of the property needs to be changed to include this information upfront instead of finding out on the spot at reception.

Great apartment on the outskirts of les menuires Croisetts. Ski in ski out which is lovely on a run where the lift opens at 8.45am. The apartments have everything you need for a self catered holiday. Large ski lockers. The swimming pool and sauna are a nice bonus. Close to the free bus which runs every 20 minutes. Lovely balcony with views Would definitely book again

Nice property with ski lodge charm. Good size 2 bedroom accommodation for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers).

Property suited our needs well. Short walk to the piest but could almost ski back to the boot room. A little tired in places and knives, peelers could be sharper. Beds comfortable but pillows and duvet could do with a clean. Sheets fine tho. Basic big lockers in boot room so took boots into room to dry. Pool and sauna great. Supermarket ~5min walk. Ski hire on site.
