Una buona struttura, dove c'è tutto per i bambini e per la famiglia. Il personale è eccellente e organizzano diverse attività di intrattenimento per bambini e famiglie. Offrono molti bonus, come l'accesso gratuito a 4 piscine, escursioni nella valle, ecc.

Durante il nostro soggiorno di una settimana, la camera non è stata pulita. Tutto il resto ci è piaciuto.

The property is very tired looking especially the rooms.

It is a nicely located property with good potential, but used only partially. It has lots of space on common areas and is close-by to ski-lifts. When snow cover is good, it is a ski in/ski out. In our case we had to go to the snow, but it is only 5-7 min on foot.

A few things worth mentioning: 1) Reception staff is not super friendly; 2) There is no place to dry wet winter stuff (in April the heaters are off so not sure what the guests do); 3) Childcare is offered but not as advertised, if you want to leave kids over lunch, you need to purchase the restaurant lunch even though your child may need only a sandwich; 4) Food offer at restaurant seems quite random, some days have good selection, on other days quite poor. Also quality control does not seem to be there - there were tons of half-rotten apples offered almost every day in the fruit corner. 5) Luggage room available only theoretically as it is full of a messy sport competition equipment - as results guests need to leave their stuff in the main hall... Overall there could be a more precise explanation what is offered and where for adults and kids.
