Particularly nice is the staff, which made you feel welcome and part of the family. The rooms were clean and well-kept although our particular room was quite small. Breakfasts were great!

Very clean renovated property in a historic district. So taxis can get through but not Ubers. Very nice breakfast and made to order eggs. Not a lot of restaurants right in the area but a couple good ones.

Staff was very helpful. Carlota was very helpful and friendly. Hotel's location in old town makes access a bit more of an effort if driving. Included breakfast was nice.

Family of 4 first time in Lisbon. We loved our room, our view and breakfast was delicious every morning. It was just lovely the entire time.

This place is cozy and welcoming. Breakfast is very tasty. The breakfast area is relaxing and cozy. The staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean. It is very close to restaurants and shops and public transportation services. Would highly recommend this hotel.
