清掃をお願いしていたのに使用済みのタオルを部屋の外に出していたら、それが清掃しなくてOKと判断されたらしくされていなかった。その日の朝にある程度整理整頓して部屋を出たのだが無駄だった。部屋を変えてもらう事で対応してもらったが、フロントと清掃員の連携が取れてないのはいかがなものか。部屋は普通のビジネスホテル並。そこそこ狭い。

繁華街から徒歩で行くには少し離れた位置にあるが、ホテルの目の前にスーパーもあり、ホテルの設備も比較的良い。またホテル専用の立体駐車場（空きがあれば宿泊者無料）がホテル真横にあり、車付きで那覇の中心地に泊まりたいのであれば、申し分ない場所だと思う。
