禁煙の部屋が空いてなくて仕方なく喫煙の部屋を予約しましたが、チェックイン時にフロントで禁煙の部屋がないか聞いたところ、エアコンのルーバーがカタカタ音がする禁煙の部屋なら空いてるとの事で変更してもらいました。入室時に少し気に障る音がエアコンから聞こえてましたが、エアコンのルーバーだけ止めたら音が鳴らなくなり、変更してもらい良かったです。
