"Excellent"

2泊しましたが館内着のサイズが大きかった。 ロビーに設置してある無料珈琲が激マズでした。 でもスタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。 ゴンドラリフトの駐車場でしたが、車で入る時もすぐ外まででて来て誘導してくれました。 お部屋も真四角で圧迫感がなく居心地が良かった。

"北海道マラソン中もリーズナブルな価格"

アクセスが不便なのと、周辺はコンビニもやや遠い感じがあります。特に不便を感じるほどでもないのですが、そのかわり安く泊まれたので、結果オーライです

ウォーシュレットが作動しなかった。 全体的に壁が黄ばんで古い感じにしては宿泊料金が高いかな。 朝食は美味しかったです。あと好みですがブレンドを変えればいいかなと

Hotel ist 1/2 h Busfahrzeit von Sapporo Station entfernt, 2 Busstopps in der Nähe. Ordentliches Mittelklasse Hotel. Zimmergröße entsprechend japanischem Standard. Ruhig und sauber. Frühstück reichhaltig und gute Auswahl. Freundliches, Hilfreiches Personal. War in Ordnung, gerne wieder.

"空調の音？が"

フロントの方の対応もよく大変満足です。シングルで予約していましたが2泊の為かツインの部屋にしてくださって快適でした。ただ夜中にカタカタとずっと音が鳴っていてゆっくり寝れませんでした。以前泊まった時は違う部屋でしたがなってませんでしたので空調でしょうか。

価格、施設、サービスどれも良し。有料でPC貸し出しなどもあるのですごしやすい。自販機で軽食なども購入可能。朝食はバイキング形式。最寄りからは20分ほど歩く。

"電気のつけ方"

チェックインが夜遅くになり、部屋に入ったら暗くて電気のつけ方がわからなくて、しばらく暗闇の中、悩んでいました。後で気付いた事なんですが、エレベーターの中に電気のつけ方が書いてありました。初めて泊まったホテルなので、恥ずかしいですが、電気のつけ方がわかりませんでした。一言、フロントで言ってほしかったです。

"Clean room and friendly staff"

A 20-min-walking distance from the JR train station. Surroundings are mostly residential area with not many selections on shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel reception was friendly and the rooms were clean.
