"リピートしてもいいと思います。"

朝食がおいしく、館内もキレイでした。喫煙の部屋しか空いてなかったので、事前に禁煙の部屋があいてたらそちらに変更したいとリクエストをしました。残念ながら禁煙の部屋の空きはなかったのですが、スタッフの方が「できるだけ消臭しました」とおっしゃってくださいました。実際に部屋は気になるほど匂いもなく、快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

朝食時間やチェックアウト時間帯はエレベーターに乗れなくて困りました。2階の部屋だったので階段を使いたかったのですが、鍵がかかっていて使用不可でした。そこは改善お願いしたいです。

居心地が良かったです。スタッフさんが明るく丁寧な点、ホテル内が静かで過ごしやすい点、大浴場や朝食が魅力的だった点が挙げられます。また泊まりたいです。

部屋の通路が狭かったところが少々不便でした。

大浴場があり、混雑状況も部屋から見られるところ。朝食無料もありがたいです。部屋は綺麗で静かです

予想はしていたし、事前に時間も割り振りされたので、朝食が混むことはわかっていたけれど、入り口からずらっと並んでいました。余裕を持って行動を。

水周り特に冷水と温水の蛇口が硬くて回しづらかった。 部屋から水周りへの段差が高くて怖かった
