Supreme Marmaris Hotel

I booked 2 family rooms for 16 nights back in March, 1 for me and my wife and 1 for my teenage children. When we arrived they had overbooked and told us we would have to share a room for 2 nights, as you can understand we were not very happy and we complained to the night manager, I asked for free air con and he gave it to me. The next day we were informed that another room had come available. We was given free air con for 1 of the rooms and was also given the free use of a safe for the duration. We did not let this spoil our holiday, but it was a bit of messing around. On the positive side the staff at the hotel were Brilliant, EBO & Ozzy the bar manager and barman were fantastic and were always pleasant and talkative. The hotel is nicely situated about 400m from the beach, which we liked and the pool area is very pleasant. We had a unfortunate start to the holiday but that was soon forgotten and we would definitely recommend a stay in this hotel.
