Supreme Marmaris Hotel

While I have choosen the room,it has been announced as conditioning air included in the total price. The man of reception at my arrival, has asked me the money, as supplementary cost. Reception personnel, generally had shown somewhat, deplorably hidden preoccupations not appropriate to well-being of guests. Restaurant personnel and meals/dinners were excellent. I should like to work at Supreme hotel in case of available position, as I have filled in an Internet site referred to hotel/ human resource.

Very good quality for the price. Walking distance to the beach but hotel has a lovely pool. Taxi stand at corner of street for easy access to city center. Only negative was the food...eat outside the hotel.

Nothing true in hotel description. Extra charges for everything - from air con to pool table. Hotel does not even have 1 fully working iron. Staff are rude and cannot speak a word of English. No lift either. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Unfortunately we stayed on the 4th floor of the second building which was very hot so air con was necessary, that we had to specifically request but was at no charge. Wifi only in common areas and tv small but both minor issues. Little bit far from centre of town but still lots of restaurants, supermarket etc close by plus beach only 5 minutes walk. Overall a pleasant enough place to stay depending on price you get.

Hotel is so great. Would defiantly go back again. Great location short walk to the beach, shops and resturants. Me and boyfriend really enjoyed our stay here at supreme.

Can't fault the hotel but i am not a fussy customer. The only down point was the pool is nestled between the hotel and the hotel next door. this means it doesn't get a lot of sun during the day and remains quite cool. The sea is down the road though so no problems really.

staff very friendly, accomodating and gave customers personalised stay. Many people who stayed there were returning from previous visits so that's good sign! Breakfast was nice, drinks reasonably priced. Pool is small but think it's great as it's a small hotel they're aren't loads of people there so you can truly relax. Very clean. Only problem with our room was there was a humming sound from a generator but when we complained about this they changed our room and apologised.

General a good room with a perfect bath inside. The hotel is in a quiet area so you have a good sleep without noises. The price was very good for me for 1 night. (2 persons). I asked with my booking a room at low floor because of a serious leg problem but unfortunatelly they initially wanted to give me at 4 floor! I asked there for a low floor and finally i had at 1 floor. It was very easy to be ready from the start. They didn't look my notice!. Also i had payed room from the start using my visa card and site hotels.com. I had printed the paper,i showed it to the man at reception but he told me that it is not payed! I payed it again there and after 2 days i see 2 amounts (about the same) at my visa card!!! I called them and they told me that hotels.com has to fix it !!! But the mistake is from recepetion not from hotels.com! I called hotels.com and they helped me immediatelly! In 24 hours they send me e-mail that they will refund the amount so i will have 1 amount to pay (the second from hotel). Also i didn't like that you have to pay extra for air-codition(!!!) and extra for the "safe" !!! Why????????? The pool was ok but very small. Photos show it much bigger. The room general was ok but bed not so much, it was medium quality. I want here to Thank very much site hotels.com because they did everything for me!

Unfortunately we were put in a room for handicapped persons. It was fine, but the bathroom layout was not ideal for non-hadicapped people. Hotel was clean and modern and well staffed. Only stayed one night though so can't say much. Like much of Marmaris, it caters to the package tour crowd. Decent breakfast.
