Ark Hotel Kumamotojomae

熊本城も近くに見え静かな環境でした。

The hotel was very nice…in 1995. Now, it feels like the ghost of a hotel. It’s not terrible, but there are a lot of little things that add up. Everything is quite old, the water from the bathroom smells bad, the keys reprogram if they get to close to your cell phone, the decor is all kind of yellow and brown, the beds are stiff and uncomfortable, and for the first time in Japan I encountered hotel staff that seemed like they wished I wasn’t there. No one was rude, but they didn’t seem to like me very much when I bed to get my key fixed. One thing that is great is the view of the castle, that’s is amazing.

息子の大学入学式に参加のため、このホテルを予約しました。予約したのは宿泊の２週間ほど前というタイミングでしたが、正面に熊本城が見える素晴らしい眺望の部屋で大変満足しています。朝食も美味しく頂けました。

駐車場の利用について事前確認していたのに、当日利用できずに不便でした

Wonderful view of the castle straight from the window. Very convenient location for visiting castle and ginza, and plenty of place to eat close to hotel. Only negative is I cannot park our car in the hotels parking lot due to it being long, although it's a regular size car. Offsite parking was not convenient and its a hit and miss and very tight parking spots.

แนะนำให้จองอาหารเช้านะคะ อร่อยมากๆ ซุปมิโซะราเมงดี ห้องอาหารเห็นปราสาทคุมาโมโตะ พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้นิดหน่อย แต่พอเข้าใจได้ อยู่ไม่ไกลจากรถราง แต่ก็ต้องเดินพอสมควร ประมาณ 500 เมตร

スタッフの対応がとても良かった。無料ドリンクのラウンジや、貸しコミック、シャンプーを選べたりお得感もあった。熊本城もよく見え満足でした！
