部屋のWi-Fiが全く繋がらない。ルータを貸してくださるとのことでしたが夜にすでにシャワー浴びて浴衣だったのでロビーまで行けず。 バスルームには前のお客様のボディスポンジのゴミとヘアが残っていた。この2点は残念。
