삿포로역 북쪽출구에서 가까운 위치, 난방시설 우수, 화장실에서 냄새가 나지 않았고 수압도 우수했다.

방이 좁고 짐 올리는 칸이 좁아서 캐리어를 반절만 열 수 있다. 식수는 따로 주지 않아 근처 편의점에서 사와야 한다.
