"ホテルはきれいでしたがなぜか喫煙ルームに。"

禁煙の部屋を予約していたのになぜか喫煙の部屋を案内されました。チェックイン時にあれ？わたしが間違えたのかな？と思ったのですが、その後確認したらちゃんと禁煙の部屋を予約していました。もう疲れていたし部屋に荷物を広げていたので部屋変えはお願いしませんでしたが、間違われたことは初めてだったのでしっかりと確認してから部屋を案内してほしかったです。 ホテルは綺麗でした。

サービスは効率化をしていますが、悪くはなかったです 部屋、浴場とも清潔で必要な物は揃っていました ただ、EVが一機でタイミングで待つ事も。 近年キャリーケース利用が多くなり乗れない事もありました 階段を利用したくても表示がなかく見つけにくいです
