お風呂はスベスベで良かったです。 朝ご飯が海に近い街にしてはありきたりで少しガッカリだった。

Staff is very friendly and helpful. closely located to stores and restaurants.

Our room on the second floor and the smell from the onsen filled the room 24/7, my wife found it annoying and she didn’t have much sleep on the night!

温泉が予想以上に良く、近隣に食事処もあり助かる。

コンビニが近くにある。徒歩圏内にレストランも複数。フェリーやビジターセンターにもそんなにかからない。

These were inconvenient things in my room of this hotel. 1) One of the three elevators was out of service. There were a lot of guests staying overnight, so the elevator itself was really slow and always packed. 2) My foods and drinks in the refrigerator were not cold at all. I looked closely, I saw that the thermostat had been removed. 3) No power outlets next to the bed. 4) No WiFi, though there was a cord for a computer. 5) No robe.

部屋にタオル干しがあると良い

朝食の白飯が不味い。 北海道ブランド米を使用してほしい。 部屋、大浴場は満足しました。

Very good location in the heart of Shari. Excellent staff and service. Breakfast buffet is ok, supermarket down the street is fairly well stocked. Easy access to all the sights on the Shiretoko Peninsula. Only negatives are the small room and hard pillows, otherwise a great place to stay.

Gutes Bett, gute Lage. Empfehlenswert!
