Ranzan Hotel

더블룸 예약했는데 너무 좋았어요. 정원뷰는 아니었지만 호텔 로비에서 볼 수 있고 조식 완전 좋았어요 저렴이 료칸이라 가격 대비 완전 만족합니다. 근데 근처에 편의점 같은 건 없으니 석식, 조식 신청 안하면 먹을게 없고 식당도 10-18시 영업인데가 많으니 석조식 신청 안 했으면 6시 전에 꼭 사가지고 들어가세요.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Arashiyama with spectacular views and peaceful surroundings. Its a few minutes walk away from the local lines and around 10 minutes from the JR line, both which take about 20 minutes to get to Kyoto. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a break away from the busy atmosphere in the main cities

The hotel was in a good location and within walking distance of the Arashiyama main street and the Bumboo forest. The Japanese courtyard was clean and maintained. Japanese maples would be so beautiful in Autumn. All the staff are helpful and kind.

2食付き 3万7000円であったが 、特に夕食がひどかった。 食事の内容から半額 程度の内容と思われる。味も大してうまくなかった。接客が最低であった 。食べている食事を確認もせずに下げようとし、まだ食事してると言ったところ、謝りもせず逃げるように 席から離れた。連休中 ということもあるが、もう二度と 泊まらないだろう。

This was our best stay in Japan! The staff was so friendly and accomodating. The lady desk clerk took our luggage to our room and showed us how to use the lights and keys etc. The meals were delicious and meticulous. The onsen was so relaxing. The next day we asked for a taxi because we didn't want to drag around 2 suitcases each, and none were available. After waiting for 20 minutes to see if they can locate one, we decided to walk. The young man who checked us in the day before and checked us out, trying to find us a taxi and answered our questions about the Naked Sakura Festival, came running out after us and gave us 2 tickets to the Naked Sakura Festival as an accomodation for not finding us a taxi. Wow! That's customer service! I couldn't read his name tag, I'm so sorry but he was a young handsome slim man.

酒店位置比較難找，這個蘭贊酒店，跟清遊之宿境是同一地址，真的有點儍眼，古舊，餐點普通。

아라시야마 바로 앞 감성을 느낄 수 있습니다. 외출 한 사이에 침구류를 깔아줘서 좋았지만 침구류에 먼지가 너무 많아서 힘들었습니다. 방에서 예쁜 마당이 보이고 둘이 쓰기에 방이 너무 넓어서 좋았습니다. 아라시야마 특성상 6시 지나면 가게들이 다 문을 닫아서 갈 곳이 없는 점은 아쉬웠습니다.

Clean and friendly staff, with public bath, japanese style room was great to stay in, definitely recommended for staying to visit Arashimaya
