We were in Shenzhen on business and we were very impressed by the service of the staff at the hotel. A great place to stay.

Buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones, necesitan cambiar el menú del desayuno, siempre es lo mismo, sin embargo, buena comida, buen staff, amigable, la mayoria de las personas hablan ingles, el staff es amigable, sin duda volveria a hospedarme en ese hotel

I found a tiny insect on my chest when I woke up from my bed in the morning. I wasn't aware what it was and naturally killed it and blood came out. Gosh!!!!!

五つ星ホテルということで、ホテルの設備は素晴らしいです。 しかしながら、交通機関がタクシーかバスしかなく、不便です。 地下鉄4号線の駅が現在工事中のため、出来たあとは便利になると思われます。

I stayed here for one night. When I checked in I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite. The room was big with one and half bath, walk through closet, sitting room and bedroom. Each was quite roomy and comfortable. However, the hotel needs to do some refurbishing as there were cracks and chips in the bathroom tiles (some large ones still filled in with grout), large scratches on the wood paneling, etc. I was also not able to get a hot shower even though I turned the faucet to the maximum. I received access to the executive lounge. Free beer, snacks, fruit and soft drinks. You have to pay for any mixed drinks or wine. The annoying part of my stay was the need to pay two deposits (at different times) that exceeded the room cost. They gave a lame excuse that the first person did not charge enough (short by 100RMB) but they collected 1200RMB total. I had to make sure that they ran my credit cards to get my deposits back. My co-worker was charged incorrectly and spent awhile trying to get that resolved. They need to work on customer service.
