Good site. Clean , and friendly staff. A place from which the different parts of this wonderfully fast developing city can be visited. Love it . Offers good rooms. Families will be comfy, especially those travelling through Hong Kong

"Nice hotel, lovely staff, good breakfast - my go to hotel in Shenzhen"

I've stayed here 4 or 5 times now and it's my go to hotel in Shenzhen if you're doing business anywhere near the Guanlan area. Staff are really great. The concierge (Olga) was great the last time we were there even helped me to get a package sent as we were running for the taxi to HK. If anything it's worth paying the extra for the upgraded rooms. It's fairly cheap, the rooms are a fair bit nicer and access to the executive lounge on the 8th floor is really nice - free tea, coffee, beers and sandwiches in the afternoon. Breakfast is a really good mix of east and west. Will definitely be back!

This is a very clean safe hotel, wonderful staff. Only thing that is a bit less than you would hope is the breakfast buffet, very limited in selection of foods

"Modern comfort"

Modern designed hotel and rooms. Rooms are very comfortable and feel luxurious. I liked the spacious rain shower and the overall spacious bathroom. There is a daily rich and cost-effective breakfast and dinner buffet. The gym is okay, but not more. The executive lounge is modern and comfortable and also the conference room that is attached to it. For some reason, the elevators are slow, which is a burden during rush hours. Overall experience was very good. I would choose to stay there again.

Det är ett mycket bra Hotel, men be en extra gång om att det inte får lukta rök i rummet. Det är rökfritt men verkar som att en del gäster röker ändå och då luktar det. Boka gärna executive rum eller dyrare så får du tillgång till loungen som erbjuder gratis dryck och lättare tilltugg fram till kl 20. Bra kinesisk restaurang i hotellet

"Good and convinient hotel to stay"

Room is spacious, neat amd tidy with sufficient complimentary water supplies. It would be best if phone cables can be borrowed rather than buy.
