I prefer underground to heavy rail, and this is on the line from Waterloo ... however, it was an easy trip and the frequency of trains was most satisfactory - to and from. There was excellent advice via WhatsApp as to getting there and making sure that the property would be found easily. The distance from Feltham Station is easily walked with good traffic lights (the High Street is very busy in the mornings but even then there was no difficulty with timing of the lights and getting across to the station. The welcome at reception was positive with straightforward advice about passcodes for the front and garden doors, and door of the suite. The room (single) was very small but bed firm and comfortable and bathroom clean with good, hot water and good pressure of water. Good, basic overnight stay in quiet surroundings.

Bathroom towels were good - but they were not bath sheet size, so for those who prefer larger towels ...

Close to our venue, good price, free parking Jason was great when we arrived, informative and helpful

The outside sitting area was lovely but needs a jet wash to tidy it up a bit.

The property is hard to find at night even though GOS took us to the right area. Lighting and signage is minimal. Desk is only staffed part-time. Instructions and ease of getting into locked inn and into rooms is tricky and can be frustrating. Night staff person was extremely friendly and tried to be helpful. Location was ideal for our needs.

Fabulous location right in the heart of Feltham. Room to park my large vehicle on the drive. Very small single room but has everything needed for an overnight stay. Very happy that there was a heater in the room and clear instructions on how it works. Ensuite shower is good although quite hard to control the water temperature. There's a communal kitchen to use if you want to cook your own food, but plenty of restaurants and takeaways very close by if you'd rather eat out. Everything is very clean too so I can't fault this place at all. A very enjoyable stay and a good night's sleep. Thank you Sleeplicity.

Just be very careful in the ensuite. There is a step that you can slip off very easily.

Excellent location for London Heathrow airport and BP Sunbury office, very clean and quiet, friendly and helpful staff, kitchen cooking facility available as well at no extra cost

A bed length being a bit short but this is because of my legs being too long 😅
