Very good night

Efficient check in and friendly staff. We were able to park right outside :) We booked a small double room - it was clean and had everything we needed, plus air conditioning. There are shops, restaurants and a cinema in walking distance, and also Feltham station with fast trains into London.

The bathroom was very compact, but this wasn't a problem for us. I found the mattress and pillows to be on the firm side, although this is a personal preference.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay at. Perfectly located. The service was excellent, communication was very good and clear. Bedroom was a good size, everything was very clean.

Location was fabulous. They had a peaceful back yard where we can sit & relax. Rooms were a bit small to my liking, but overall it was a comfortable stay.

Tried to get few drinks from the bar near the reception at around 8:30-9pm but they seemed to be closed already. But anyways there are lots of restaurant & shops in the Feltham high street where we can get food and drinks from.

What it said on the advertisement. Small room, not too expensive, clean, functional, easy access, communication with staff friendly and professional. Close to station

A reasonably clean place and clear instructions. Priced WAY too high for the standard of accommodation and area. Although painted and clean, this feels like a lodging house in a run down area. The number of rules and instructions is way too many and clearly the owner does not trust the guests. There were 17 different notices in my small room. The price is the same as four star Heathrow hotels and is far from the standards of those places. It’s ok overall, just should be 50% cheaper than it is.

Friendly staff and helpful, place was clean, small room but it’s advertised as small, but perfect for work trip with AC. Shower and bathroom were clean outside area too which is rare and ideal.
