La ubicación. El personal del comedor.

Ascensor y jacuzzi no funcionaba. Jueves y domingo no hacen la habitación. Hacía mucho frío en la habitación .

Absolutely nothing..

The hotel is most definitely not 4stars the place is falling apart the staff do not understand any English and are very rude. I had one woman smack my daughters hand away when she was trying to get a cupcake in the restaurant, very very rude people staying there,, the rooms are big and spacious but we had mould in our bathroom and over the front door.. I did not enjoy my stay at all I will not be returning for sure.

Location

Everything was really poor. Gym not available, jacuzzi on spa doesn’t works, food poor quality, cleaning terrible, quality in general is very low

Menjar bastant pobre, poc variat, qualitat del.peix gens bona, la carn sempre la mateixa. Pel preu que he pagat crec que no ha estat a l'alçada
