Отель находится довольно в плохом состоянии и очень очень грязный

La zona de la piscina y el buffet estaba bien

Ellas instalaciones y habitaciones ya están un poco viejas

Las picina y un poco la playa pero un poco sucio todo mucha colillas poco personal de trabajo etc

La espera para todo muchas cola poca variedad para la comida etc

Piscine

Pulizia, cibo sempre uguale. La struttura dispone di diverse piscine e l' accesso alla spiaggia, ma, purtroppo non si trovano mai lettini disponibili in quanto in tanti li occupano alle 7 del mattino e poi vanno in camera o a fare colazione. Per i meno furbi, non ci sono alternative se non prendere lettini rotti o al bar sulle sedie

Le piscine

Molto sporco : scarafaggi e blatte a gogò Vasca da bagno sudicia e lavabo sempre otturato. All inclusive con prodotti scadenti . Piatti e bicchieri con tracce di precedenti bevande o pietanze. Insomma devono ricordarsi che l' igiene non si deve trascurare

The food was nice. Really lovely buffet my kids enjoyed it very well. The staff at the buffet were so friendly and trustworthy.

Didn’t like the staff at the reception upon checkout . The guy was rude and none of our complaints were heard. He literally asked me to fix all my complaints with booking.com . I even told him l was going to write a review about what had happened and he literally said l could go ahead. Felt discriminated 🙈

Das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage in Costa Calma. Das Essen war ok, es gab viel Auswahl.

Das Hotel braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Das sieht man schon am Eingang. Die Möbel im Zimmer waren sehr abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Das WLAN war kaum nutzbar, TV so gut wie gar nicht. An manchen Zeiten war das Restaurant sehr überfüllt. Es gab kein sauberes Geschirr mehr, langes anstehen und das Personal war sichtlich überfordert (da unterbesetzt) , ist aber verständlich bei der Masse an Menschen
