SBH Costa Calma Beach Resort Hotel

• Rooms: The rooms are a bit outdated, but they are clean and well-maintained. Basic amenities are provided, and the beds are comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. • Breakfast: A standard selection similar to what you’d find in most hotels—nothing extraordinary, but decent. There’s a good variety, so everyone should find something they like. Fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and continental options are available. Coffee could be better, but it does the job. • Beach: The location is perfect! The beach is sandy and stretches for a long distance, making it great for walks. There are plenty of opportunities for a scenic stroll along the shore, with the option to return through the city center. The area is clean, and the water is clear, making it a great spot for relaxation.

Nothing there really to dislike. The only minor downsides were the long queues at the bar after dinner and the wait at the pool bar, which could be a bit frustrating at times. However, there was always someone around to have a nice chat with, so it wasn’t too much of an issue.

-location was amazing - animation team very friendly. Aqua-zumba was the best. -no shortage of pool beds -Bar staff did the best they could despite being extremely busy -snack bar was never worth the visit

-The beds weren't comfortable . -Poor WiFi. No connection in our apartments,could only get signal round reception -The food at restuaran⁰lt never hot. I think once I had lasagne and it was hot. Apart from that everything barely even warm -only 2 options of mocktails- very poor in my opinion for a 4 * -the evening entertainment was very disappointing -understaffed bar,queues always long

The view of the room

So first of all,one of the reception staff was rude cuz we have trouble with Internet in the room. A 4 stars hotel suppose to have Internet in all room but the only point were I can connect to Internet was in the balcony. I went to reception to ask for the problem and he says to me that closer to the hotel I could buy an Internet connection and put it in the room...also we just have one electricity outlet working..I couldn't believe in that moment what he was saying to me. 2 thing in the room a very small bin in the bathroom. 3. Cocktails really bad. Coffee machines at breakfast not working. THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL. For a 4 star hotel they should work more on it.

My room was perfect fior me travelling alone. Lovely balcony with perfect views. Beach was perfect. Private and right on site. Plenty of beds. Safe for swimming

No sockets either side of the beds for charging phone. Also no iron available...even to rent.

Food selection on full board was very good!

The scaled down staffing left a lot of room for improvement. Staff were unable to keep pace with the volume and demands of residents. Areas with tables were cordoned off, residents waited for placings to be prepared. The spirits served in the hotel were rubbish. We decided after the first night to purchase spirits at the local shops.
