SBH Costa Calma Beach Resort Hotel

Everything what you needed is in one places, swimming pool for adults and kids , kids club , private beach witch free sunbeds and parasol , cocktail bar opposite beach , evenings shows for kids and adults, all staff very good and very helpful. Hotel worth recommending !

- noisy kids without parent attention - small crying kids left in the hallway in the morning - people smoking cigarettes everywhere, main terraced all smokers you can't take a seat with kids because is hard breathing

Staff super friendly, Clean, different food everyday, close to the beach, plenty of beach chairs

the walls in the corridors should be overpainted, not a lot of entertainment in the hotel

Location and closer to beach . Also they prepared special table at dinner and in the room for our kids birthday . Pool and kids activity were good . Rooms were comfortable .

The card reader to the room did not work 3-4 times and had to be changed at the reception which was quite far from the room . Also the WiFi was really slow . Small things that can really improve customer experience

The wifi Connection was terrible. Even sometimes no Connection at al in the room. This is unacceptable for a Four star hotel!!!

Great food great relaxing area and great food

Some staff priorities were towards Germans and not same priority to everyone.many guests were very rude and obnoxious towards others.pushing shoving like vultures

Very nice 5 night stay. The heated pool was however not quite as warm as we hoped; I believe it was set at 24 degrees which when windy (which it often is in Fuerteventura!) isn't particularly warm; it's okay if you keep very active but we got cold splashing around with our child. For comparison, went to another place (in Marrakesh) where the pool was 30 (though that is very warm!). Large choice buffet & great quality but they need more coffee machines at breakfast, queues were ridiculous. AI was pretty good, included a few cocktails too. Fairly eco friendly with the reusable plastic cups but no recycling options/bins in room or around. Some areas could do with touching up (the large skip with old trees in wasn't very attractive).
