Food served was delicious including the hot chocolate, staff was friendly & professional

Staff are pleasant and accomodating . Room service is excellent and very prompt in attending to our request. Rooms, hallway and lobby are very clean. Very accessible if you want to have a city tour .

the location of this hotel is not bad, and the staff is very helpful, the room is clean but not big, no variety of food and medium quality, the room was not ready by the time I reached, and needs some improvements to be one of the good hotels.

Everything is good, has a parking area, has sorrounding area, swimming pool, separate kitchen and the room is clean.. recommend to stay this hotel

Not good staff, try to cheat costumers, I ask for night staff for drop off airport ,she said 700 peso morning staff charged 1000 peso., Shower doesn’t work properly, no hot water. I booked hotel with breakfast. Staff said no breakfast.
