The Ritz Hotel at Garden Oases

Stayed here to facilitate a workshop (held at their VIP room) and was charmed by the beauty and minimalism of their room. The staff was friendly and helpful. It has a well-maintained lawn that later in the afternoon of our stay hosted a garden wedding. But the best discovery for me was the food from their resto! Superb! Would recommend both for work and leisure trips (they have a pool!).

Was here for an AA Conference traveling from California, USA. I was impressed with layout and location of hotel. Well well guarded and everyone is very polite and helpful! Food too expensive for Philippines though. Swimming pool felt warm and looked well maintained. Conference room was clean and nice sized. Prices were kinda high but still worth it. I would come back if I stayed in Davao overall. Thank you so much front desk people for your patience with my American superiority attitude.

The last time we checked in, the pool wasn’t available. We are glad that renovation is already done and the kids enjoyed the pool. The staff are approachable and nice. We love the food and it’s free (i mean the breakfast buffet). We asked for a big bed because we have 3 kids and they obliged.

Beatiful and good place for a private party. We had a great time with great food and friendly crew. I recommend this place for exclusive dinning and room party. Heaps of parking spaces available for guests.

The room was big and clean, No wifi in the room which is a bit of a pain but had Lan connection if you have a cable in-room, breakfast was average, staff was very helpful spoke good English. The Swimming pool was great. Would definitely stay again, one of the better hotels in Davao

The facilities: Old and dusty. Even if you request for cleaning, you'd feel and smell the dust EVERYWHERE. The air conditioning units are also old and dirty and too small to cool the room. It has also caused the funky smell in the room. The dining areas were also not just old but not properly maintained. If you have asthma or rhinitis, expect to have attacks as the place is just dusty and dirty. The staff: The most rude and incompetent on the planet. Hats off to their staff and management for violating contract provisions and being deceitful when it comes to provisions. THEY WILL NOT HONOR ANYTHING YOU SIGN. They will cheat you to the best of their abilities. They will not apologize as they are trained to be uncouth. The staff also has a practice of not taking responsibility for whatever misdeeds they commit. They will lie through their teeth just to get rid of complaining customers. The management: Their motto is to cheat and be liars. They will cut corners just to earn every possible buck that they can. IF you want to be inconvenienced and shortchanged and be maligned, spend a night here. The worst possible place you could stay at in Davao.

We booked the room for sleepover. Go hotels and red planet were already fully booked, so we opt for this hotel. The room is spacious but its quite wornt out and dirty. The room in the ground floor is noisy with the cars outside and people passing. I should have booked Go Hotel ahead of time.

from the deal i got from hotels .com it was a great deal ,,, rooms are big and clean ,, beds comfortable and large ,, restaurant and pool ,, pool bar are top notch , location is a little ways away from the malls and parks ,, but taxis are cheap enough ,, staff and security were good,, cops eat for free so there allways around

What I like about this hotel is that it is very accessible at the same time the facilities they have is at par with other high end hotel at a fraction of the cost.

Overall good experience.Have stayed there before and was surprised to be remembered.Had room issues which were dealt with.But it's the staff I appreciate.From Jasmin to Paul to and everyone else.The staff makes the hotel !!!
