The property itself is stunning — a perfect blend of traditional architecture and elegant touches, with gardens and spaces that make you feel transported to another world. The staff are exceptional: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every detail carefully thought out. Waking up to such a serene atmosphere and enjoying the tranquility of the hacienda was unforgettable. The location is excellent, close enough to enjoy the vibrant life of San Miguel de Allende, yet private enough to feel like your own peaceful retreat. Hacienda Las Flores is not just a place to stay, but an experience filled with beauty, kindness, and generosity. We left with the best memories and can’t wait to return — absolutely recommended!

It was absolutely beautiful! Clean, gorgeous structure and design. Rooms are absolutely gorgeous inside! Beautiful views of the city and church. The staff were so welcoming and warm. Great customer service! The pool was so clean and heated. They have complimentary breakfast, complementary hot tea in the lobby. They also have a little fridge with drinks alcohol obviously you have to pay for it but it’s super affordable. But it’s at your access 24 seven. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!
