We loved our stay at Hacienda de las Flores! The hotel is beautiful, super clean, and very close to the center — perfect location. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the whole place feels peaceful and well cared for. The staff was kind and helpful, and our kids really enjoyed the garden and pool. We’d definitely stay here again!

Not a big issue, just a comment — the parking is outside the hotel, since space is limited in the center, and you need to wait for the valet each time. Everything else was wonderful!

Charming, quiet , feel a bit luxurious without the big budget

The breakfast was good but need more variety, we stayed there for 4 days and we just alternated between various eggs dishes Wish they have a buffet style

The location was great - easy to walk everywhere. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Wish I had brought my swim suit as the pool was heated. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff was great and they were very accommodating and arranged taxi service to and from the airport.
