Very friendly, included parking and perfect location for Eden Park, Kingsland railway station and local bars and cafes.

Potentially could be noisy close to road and railway station but we slept very well

Excellent place to stay when attending Eden Park stadium as it is just across the road. Plenty of restaurants a very short walk. Friendly, helpful staff. Room comfortable and quiet. Convenient parking.

The owners were very kind people with great communication. Also the mini bar was delightful.

The exterior door has a button lock, it was exposed to the road, and it was clearly previously a motel office with its large window and a glass door. I didn’t feel safe staying in a room at the front nearest to the main thoroughfare with a glass door and a button lock on the door knob.
