Small but very comfortable with good shower and basic kitchen facilities. The gentleman on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Free easy parking on site. It's incredibly well placed for events at Eden Park. No more than 5 minutes walk.

The location near Eden Park suited me.

It’s definitely not of a 4 star standard. Funny set up with the reception being a cupboard and the rooms in odd locations, like down behind a communal seating area with a corner door.
