Trevligt hotell med fin omgivning.

Lyhört, vaknar av att dörrarna till de andra rummen stängs med en smäll när gästerna går ut/in. Hör i rummet när folk pratar i korridoren. Få TV kanaler

No cars sign at the entrance. Means taxi driver leaves you at the gates with all your luggage, drag it 200 meters on the gravel road to reception, which is 25 stairs up. And then the receptionist says oh you can get your taxi up, but we haven't put the board up for that. Very wise choice. There are pretty much no lifts. Very awkward setting on huge staircase. Everywhere you have to drag your luggage & lug it on stairs. My room was like 2nd -3rd floor. No great signage of room numbers. I had to come back to the reception - which is quite far from some rooms, to ask someone to take me to my room. And sure enough 800 means 809 as well. No teas, coffees etc in the room. If you want one, go back all the way to reception which is quite far. No clothes iron in the room. I checked in pretty late. Found no clothes iron. Picked up the phone, which had no signage on the phone saying what number to dial for reception. Tried the usual 9 or 0, but surely they won't make anything easy. Walked back to the reception. Found no one on duty. Shouted a few times, waited for 10 mins. No one was around. But there was a sign saying dial 150. Came back to the room, dialled 150, Frida answered, I said there's no one at reception. She said yes but there is a number you can dial. Ok great. I need a clothes iron. Go back to reception, actually few hiundred metres further, there is a clothes room where you can press your shirt, Can i get an iron in the room? No its too late for that. Definitely coming back here. Unique place

The hotel and the suroundings are very nice. Good clean rooms, fantastic view from a lot of places. A little unexperienced reception people. But the worst thing was the restaurant experience. We (actually everybody who stayed there and had dinner in the restaurant) had a very, very undercooked fisd dish. Disaster. As the waiter said: "We know" Why did you serve it, why did you not+++++ They did not do anything on their own, we complained of course, but again.... Disaster!

Fantastisk, riktigt bra, trevlig personal och bra service, rent och fräscht lugnt och tyst. Mycket bra frukost, rekommenderas varmt

Fint och fräscht hotell. Avskilt från storstan. Supertrevlig personal.

Att välja ett konferenshotell som Bergendals även om man inte är på konferens eller utbildning gör ofta att man får ett mer prisvärt, charmigt och avslappnande boende än man bor på något standardhotell.

Otömda papperskorgar på rummet är riktigt dåligt. Rummen är ok men väldigt lyhört. Tog en dagens på kvällen i hotellets restaurangbar som var enda alternativet...vilket var illa en torrstekt schnitzel och pommes som inte gaffeln tog sig igenom- inga grönsaker
