Our room was above the entertainment lounge so very noisy
GBThe room which we had twice (one night before our ferry to lreland and one night when we returned before driving home to Essex) was clean and functional and about right for the price we paid.
The bed. I heard more boings and groans from that bed which had clearly seen better days. The bed linen was clean and fresh but the bed itself left a lot to be desired.

GBGBWe stayed the night before getting the ferry and the hotel is perfect for what we needed. Although it’s dated (and it states as such) the room was perfect, clean and comfortable which is just what we needed for an overnight stay
GB1st day breakfast was very good. Nicely cooked.
The service was slow due to low staff numbers. 2nd day we sat in the restaurant with a number of other tables while 1 poor member of staff tried to take orders and cook the meals themself. It was a complete disaster. We left and had a breakfast in a cafe.
