Apartamentos Europa House Sun Beach

Hotel does not have memory foam matresses, cofee and tea facilities other than a pan, hairdryers. The pool firniture is broken. Toiletries last a day and are not replaceable. No maid service. Take your towels to reception every 2 days to change them. This was very basic and the description is full of incorrect information.

Easy to find, although not well sign posted, on the approach road to the town. Some teething problems with the disconnect between bar and cafe services and the hotel itself.

There is no maid service. You have to take your towels down to reception every 2 days , you also have to take your bed linen down every 5 days. Never saw a maid. Half hour away from beach. Not offered pool view even though hotel was at least half empty. Not allowed to the pool till 11.00 am.

Good hotel - buffet breakfast was only warm bread or toast -all else pastries or cold snacks. Arrived late at night and had to make up sofa bed ourselves but overall good.

A bit far to the beach (20 min walk) but very close to town centre so you can have a nice stroll to seeside. Nice swimming pool in hotel, parking and tapas bar with tapas and beer next to swimming area.Rooms nice, clean and cosy, perfect for family stay and people who like cooking as there is anex kitchen in appartament. Close to the Guardamar fort - must visit place.

We had a very pleasant four day stay. Only thing that disappointed was TV signal kept going in and out and wifi was only available in reception area.

A last minute week away, lovely Spanish Apartment/hotel. Staff very helpful/nice. Tapas at bar, lovely. 20 minute walk to town, nice restaurants and market. Sadly couldn't get sun bed round pool, so not totally restful. Walk to beach is 20 - 25 minutes along wonderful cycle/walk pathways. Apartment was a spacious 2 bedrooms with view over river and yet more cycle/running/walk ways. 20 mins taxi to Alicante or 10 minute bus ride to Torrevieja. Used washing machine and dryer with ease.

Room good size and clean but no kettle (!) and no room service. Towels and bedding however could be changed at reception. Air con not fabulous but worked to a fashion. At least one lift in our building was often out of service & they were desperately hot and slow. Free wifi in the main reception and very friendly & helpful staff. Nice pool with lifeguard, plenty of sun loungers although some seen better days. Walking time to town centre is a good 15 mins & a further 10 mins to the main beach. Uphill walk inbound which is hard going in high temperatures. A car not essential if you're fit and like walking. Otherwise would recommend having one. This hotel does what it says on the tin, the staff were great, I'd definitely stay again but only with a car.

Nice modern clean apartments, all South facing, great in the winter (January) able to sit on large balcony in the sun all day.Very friendly helpfull staff. Kitchen is equiped with basics, enough to asemble a meal with 2 hobs and a combi grill/microwave. Car needid to get into the town/sea. Overall a good place to stay if you are independant and want privacy and quiet.
