Apartamentos Europa House Sun Beach

We enjoyed our stay & we found everything we needed close by and would recommend and stay again

This is an apartment hotel. The rooms are large and bright,with balconies looking over the pool or the river to the sea. It has fridge freezer enough dishes and cutlery a micro wave and ceramic hob. An easy walk into town but a little longer to front and beach.

This apartment/hotel has a nice pool area in a town that has beautiful beaches, the apartment was spacious and clean. Each apartment has a large balcony area. However there are issues that need addressing, poor customer service, lighting in the hallways to the apartment, there is lighting when leaving the lift but none when leaving the apartment, this is not a secure hotel and for me this was a personal safety issue. The place is looking tired and could do with some general maintenance. Tiles missing from parts of the pool, broken plant pots in the pool area and damaged sun loungers. There are kitchen facilities which for me were not fit for purpose. No kettle or coffee makers, no wine glasses, no spatula for the tiny frying pan. The Gym was closed as there was a course in the adjoining room. Restaurant and Spa are closed. The hotel is some distance to the beach, which I knew and was not an issue. There is free wi fi in the public area and laundry facilities in one of the blocks. Parking is free.

A great hotel with a good pool, in a lovely town. Not very touristy, which made for a very relaxing and chilled out holiday! Check in starts at 3pm and not closes at 3pm as stated on the Expedia information we recieved and so we arrived at the hotel at about midday hoping to check straight in, but we had to wait, but it was fine as the hotel were happy to store our luggage and we just sat at the bar and had something to eat and drink, but if we had known we may have got a later flight. So Expedia need to amend their information. A little more evening entertainment, or even just more music for dancing at the bar would be a real benefit to the hotel. The hotel has a gym, for which they have changing rooms, but these are out of use, which is a shame as this would be such an easy and convenient feature that they could offer to hotel guests that have got flights later than the check out time. Tip - brush up on your Spanish before you go as you might need it in this smaller, non-tourist town.

We arrived very late and was greeted politely and check in was painless. the room was spacious and everything we needed was there. overall it was a lovely hotel for the price and would stay again.

We needed to stay near Guardamar for a few days. This place is ideal. 5 minutes walk from the town, we could take our little dog. It is easy to walk out onto footpaths / cycle ways by the river. There is a supermarket close by or many bars and restaurants in Guardamar. Rooms are clean and bright, beds firm and comfortable. Very efficient aircon which warmed the place up in no time, as it was cold at night (early March). To our delight, it also had a small gym with a good selection of weight machines. The hotel staff were really friendly & helpful. All in all, perfect for us!

We stayed 3 nights, large comfotable apartment,large bed,lots of storage. Kitchen with large fridge freezer,and every thing required for self catering. Large balcony over looking pool. This apartment had pleanty room for a family stay. Had special offer of tapas and beer before going out into town and easy walk away. Enjoyed our stay and will return Good safe parking

I came here for holidays, I was not satisfied; I had to take care of room cleanliness, to take care of rubbish. I had to go ask in order to change towels (we have a lot of travel, but it was nowhere).No WiFi in room.Poor swimming pool environment (cold water).
